Meet the Land and New Homes Team

Keith Mitchell - Partner/Director

Keith Mitchell is a co-founder of Templeton Robinson alongside Denis Templeton and Beth Robinson. Always at the forefront of innovation, Keith will head up the ‘Land and New Homes' Division. His personal motivation has been to drive Templeton Robinson's new business development through a range of measures - including the development of ‘Property Life' - which is published monthly, and which has been awarded Irish Magazine of the Year status.

Keith sees the development of ‘Land and New Homes' as a natural progression, having worked successfully with many developers and architects over the years. The sound business ethos of ‘straight talking and honest professional advice' as well as current market knowledge are attributes Keith has brought to this challenging role.

Denis Templeton - Director

Without doubt, Denis is one of the most experienced of Northern Ireland's residential estate agents.

He adds gravitas to the development of the ‘Land and New Homes' Division in North Down, where over the years, he has carved out an enviable reputation amongst developers for having a strong ‘nose' for site potential and long-term development options.

Beth Robinson - Partner/Director

Beth assists developers through a sound and strong residential sales track record. She complements Keith's eye for detail at a site acquisition and appraisal stage through looking ahead and assessing market housing trends to ensure that the highest price is achieved through the final sales delivery.

David Best - Land and New Homes Consultant

With an honours degree in Business Studies at Liverpool John Moore's University, David has already made his personal mark, in the residential marketplace.

David has always been particularly interested in the new developments sector, and is fully committed to building on the company's long standing reputation of providing a high quality standard of service. His role is primarily to forecast demands ahead of time, know exactly what  and where people want to buy, relaying his findings back to builders and
developers.

Aidan Mc Mahon - Land and New Homes Consultant

With an Honours Degree in Interactive Multimedia Design at University of Ulster, Aidan got into estate agency on a part-time basis to start off with whilst on university breaks. Getting a taste for the property industry, he quickly developed a keen interest in Residential Sales and New Developments.  When he graduated he continued to work in the property market extending his knowledge and experience throughout the Northern Ireland property market.

He Joins the team with an understanding of the interplay of social, economic and technical issues which multimedia play in the ever evolving era of the New Homes Industry. ;Aidan has a natural ability to drive forward sales of New Homes whilst conducting great working relationships with potential and existing developers.  He's a dedicated member of Land & New Homes Team.

Joanne Crawford - Land and New Homes Consultant

Joanne joined Templeton Robinson over four years ago and, having shown a strong passion for the business she quickly progressed to being one of the company's top valuer/negotiators and has gained experience in the North Down and Belfast areas.  She has recently become the newest consultant within the Land and New Homes team, a role which she has fully embraced. 

With a BA Honours Degree in Business Administration and Marketing, as well as several years post graduate experience in Sales and Marketing, she had acquired many of the skills and confidence needed for this exciting and challenging role within this ever changing market.
